I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The design of the room was impeccable, with its beautiful Japanese style and attention to detail. The private onsen-style bath was a true highlight, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The hotel also provided a set of skincare products, as well as Kyoto tea and coffee, which added a personal touch to my experience.
In short, I would highly recommend this hotel.

During our New Year’s stay, we enjoyed the comfortable bed and beautiful onsen-style bath. The staff was friendly and helpful in arranging taxis and dinner reservations. the Japanese breakfast was very good.

We had an enjoyable city break at a stylish hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a fantastic onsen-style bath. One of the best aspects was dinner at the hotel's restaurant; the wagyu beef dish was phenomenal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helped us arrange taxis and dinner reservations.
Although we enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast, it was quite large and we would have preferred lighter options. one night we were woken up by a surprising dripping leak from the ceiling.

Our recent stay was a great experience! The hotel had a modern and minimalist style which was stunning. Staff at the hotel were polite and assisted with arranging taxis and dinner reservations. The dinner at the hotel was phenomenal and definitely worth trying. the Japanese breakfast was great too! Although the location was not ideal, the hotel made up for it with good access to a train line. The onsen-style bath in our room was beautiful and very comfortable to use.
We encountered an issue with a leaking ceiling in our room, which was concerning. The front desk was accommodating, however, we expected the issue to be more of a known problem.

Best aspects included the comfortable beds and beautiful onsen-style bath in our suite, the phenomenal wagyu beef dinner, and the helpful staff who assisted us with everything from taxi arrangements to dinner reservations. The Japanese breakfast was also very good.
